Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota, United States
I have been interested in photography since I was a kid. I know everyone says that, but I have the photographs to prove it. My mother will testify in my defense, really! Moving on, I took a break from photography until I was 14 (a whole 4 years!) and started using my mom's Pentax Honeywell SLR. I continued through high school working on the yearbook and school paper still using the Honeywell. Eventually my grandmother saw my dedication and bought me a Pentax ZX-50 with a couple lenses. After high school I continued taking photos in my free time, but really dedicated myself when I joined the Air Force and got a photography job. I spent 13 1/2 weeks at Ft. Meade, MD attending the Defense Information School in the Basic Still Photography course. Now I'm stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD and love photography more than ever, hence the blog.
